Ghibli is a modular fluid bed to perform drying, granulation, agglomeration, instantizing, coating, layering and spheronisation.
It can be configured with different product bowls or air distributors to manufacture granules, coating of small cores or pellets. The machine can be fitted with both fabric or metallic filters that can be easily maintained without the need of an operator access platform due to the expansion and filters chamber rotation.


MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- The patented spraying system operates by means of a binary nozzle and is fitted with an antidripping device.
- Optimal level of fluidisation achieved by the air blowing system, thus maximising spray efficiency.
- A completely automatic Clean In Place can be performed after the process.
- Quick action safety valves up to 12 bare, ATEX compliant.
- Several customised applications: vertical product discharge to lower floor, 1-2-3 level plants, etc.
